The Property Passport
After the sale, the link holds.
Usually, the agency builds the file, then loses touch once the sale is signed. With Arkiteque, that file becomes the Property Passport.
The Passport changes hands
At signing, the notary receives a complete file, and the buyer their property's Passport, in the agency's colours: documents, diagnostics, building records.
